Exchange Service Area – Drilled down by the local exchange for your postcode(s) this is currently limited in Australia to be divided up by 4,200 ESA zones.
MoLI – Mobile based dependent however only 203 zones only to cover all of Australia. This can be customized at a fee.
Post Code Based – More refined that ESA regions this can be implemented for a fee please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Mobile Routing – extends beyond to carrier network availability of 203 zones
Postcode Routing – By prompt or detected by the network based on your specifications
IVR Routing – Client selects options within prompts we allow them to select where their call ends up
Call Recording – A few platforms of call recording are available
Reporting – Amazing smarts for marketers! This reporting has to be seen to be believed no other telco offers this level of reporting in realtime.
